• Profile Sourcing: As building an extensive pool of most deserving candidates has always remained our priority, we start with sourcing of most suitable profiles. Our team of experts source profiles using different platforms such as job portals, job postings, specialized vendors, internal databases, etc.

• Profile Screening & Validation: Once the profiles are sourced, our team of recruiters will do the screening and validation of the profiles. The validation doesn’t end here as we forward the most suitable profiles for further screening to the Recruitment Manager.

• Internal Technical Evaluation: After we’re done with the screening and validation, it is time for the internal evaluation of the shortlisted profiles. It is performed by our recruitment specialists manually as well as by using tools and software.

• Rounds of Interviews: When our team is finished with conducting an internal evaluation, we start with the interviews. This phase consists of 2 to 3 rounds of interviews using different methods such as telephone, video conferencing, and face-to-face.

• Selecting the Right Candidate: After interviewing the shortlisted candidates, we come up with final feedback and make the selection. The candidates are called for an HR round where everything is discussed regarding the required documentation.

• Background Check: Our work doesn’t end with the selection of the candidate but we also perform a background check to know everything about the individual. Our team will perform all necessary checks to make sure there’s no criminal record or any fraud attached to the candidate.

• Offering Employment: When we are satisfied with everything such as the background and documentation, we start with the onboarding. We believe in keeping everything transparent and discussing the requirements of both clients and candidates before the induction program.
